The Scale of the Work
One of the largest private investments in downtown Pontiac in decades.
The restoration converted the office tower into 114 residences, four penthouses on the top floor, ground-floor commercial space and private event rooms, while keeping the details that made it the Pontiac State Bank.
The project created 85 construction jobs. [Story beat: the condition of the building in 2021 and the sequence of the work.] [TO CONFIRM]
